HANDS & INDICES
The hands on the Revelot Gentus are crafted with pronounced chamfers, combining a blend of polished and brushed finishes, further enhanced with Super-Luminova BGW9 for excellent luminosity.
The Indices as well are chamfered with polished and brushed facets with a mix of roman and baton style depending on the variant. Surrounding the indices is a slanted railway styled chapter ring with C3 lume for excellent legibility to the minute.
CASE & GLASS
The case of the Gentus is easily recognizable by many with the ‘ears’ on both sides similar to the luxury icon. One of the key differences between the Gentus and the Nautilus would be the angular facets all around the case with brushed and polished finish which some also might say its similar to the Royal Oak.
Made with 316L Steel the dress watch is capped with an Anti-reflective Sapphire glass on top and an exhibition case back below with a guilloche motif for the automatic variants.

DIAL & MOVEMENT
At Revelot, we always strive to make great entry level watches that are fun, affordable and packed with value and the Gentus is no exception.
The new colorways features 3 distinct dials, first the guilloche patterned dial followed by the Aventurines and lastly the MOP (Mother of Pearl). All will be paired with the reliable workhorse NH35a movement.
BRACELET
Moving onto the integrated bracelet, unlike regular oyster links, angular links are more difficult to polish. Each piece skillfully manual polished with brush and mirror finishing with a total of 14 facets per H-link and another 8 facets on the middle link.
This process requires a lot of patience and dedication from the bracelet manufacturer that is producing over 20,000 pieces of links for the Gentus. One of the moans of many with butterfly clasps is the lack of micro-adjustability, the Gentus will include 2 pieces of half-link on the bracelet for a more fitted adjustment for maximum comfort and adjustability.
